A holistic approach to life to cultivate a wholesome lifestyle through movement, holistic therapies and a fun loving attitude.
Movement, Holistic Therapies, Languages
Those are three of my passions. Over the years I have combined them organically through another love of mine: travel. During the last two decades I have travelled and lived in different parts of the world all the while blossoming as a yoga practitioner and facilitator – which lead to a certification with It's Yoga International as a teacher trainer in 2018. Athletic from a young age, I was always running around and involved in some form of physical activity as a way to channel a lot of energy in and out of my body (and mind).
When yoga came into my life, it opened the door to the spiritual aspect of my being, to the more subtle parts which had been unexplored or misunderstood up until then. I became more and more interested in the functioning of my body as a whole: physical, emotional, spiritual and beyond. I started to explore, study, and sometimes certify in, various holistic therapies. In my search for adventure and healthy lifestyle, I also learned English and Spanish.
It took 10 years of practice before I realised I wanted to share my love for the practice of yoga. Even after completing my first training I was not sure if I actually wanted to teach... Nevertheless, the feeling of joy and gratitude I was filled with after guiding my first class was too strong to deny, and I knew I would facilitate yoga for a long time to come. As I continue to integrate yoga and holistic therapies in my personal and professional life, I am also taking the steps to expand my long-standing love of languages and linguistics towards a professional career.
I am very passionate about everything to do with health, movement and well-being in general and this site is a place to share my passion and knowledge in order to inspire others to improve their overall well-being by believing in their own power and trust in their intuition.
I was born in France with French Caribbean roots; however, because of my love of travel, France has not been 'home' in over 23 years. It was to remain that way, but the universe has a strange sense of humour sometimes, and so, I am currently in transition in the Toulouse area, France, for the foreseeable future (but still nomading it :D)
