With over two decades of dedication to the study of yoga, her practice has flourished alongside her extensive global travels. She is certified in multiple yoga styles and continuously participates in workshops and trainings to further solidify her expertise and expand her knowledge. She is a certified teacher trainer since 2018. Her classes emphasise the breath, alignment and self-awareness, as means to understand the holistic interconnectedness of the body, soul, and spirit.
Raphaëlle's journey into holistic therapies began in 2013 with a training in holistic massage therapy, and has continued to evolve through ongoing professional – and personal–development. Her curiosity for the body's capacity to heal itself has led her to explore various holistic therapies, adding depth to her holistic approach. So far she has certified in massage therapy, Tibetan and quartz bowls therapy and Reiki.
For 25 years, Raphaëlle has followed her heart, and let herself be guided by her instincts all over the world, pursuing her love of travel and linguistics – learning English & Spanish along the way –, and gathering invaluable global insights and life lessons. In search of adventure and self-discovery, she has blended her love of fitness & holistic health, travel and languages in order to live the most fulfilling life possible and inspire others to do the same
