Private Yoga Classes

MY YOGA
SERVICES

ONE-ON-ONE
PRIVATE CLASSES
ONLINE & ON SITE

Private classes are an opportunity to steadily deepen your practice with sequences specifically tailored to suit your schedule and your needs. With one-on-one sessions you will learn to listen to your body and mind (by listening to your breath attentively), develop a better understanding of asanas (yoga poses) and prevent injury by doing so.

My objective when I guide yoga classes is to be present, supportive, compassionate and patient so that I can mindfully share guidance, tools and techniques which are thought out and designed in accordance to your wants, needs and goals. My purpose, as your personal facilitator, is to encourage and inspire you to connect with your inner teacher and trust in your intuition every time you step on and off the mat.

The study and practice of yoga and its philosophy has impacted and changed my life both as a practitioner, facilitator and, most of all, as a human being; I feel empowered, serene and healthy in mind, body and spirit. This is what I wish to transmit to the people who sign up for classes with me: self-empowerment, joy and light-heartedness.

WHAT YOU WILL GET OUT OF A ONE-TO-ONE SESSION

·         Personalised attention and guidance.

·         A chance to ask questions anytime they arise.

·         A better understanding of asanas (yoga poses), their benefits and contra-indications by way of alignment cues, modifications and variations specifically for your body’s morphology. I encourage practitioners (in private and group classes) to emphasize function over form.

·         Varied sequences from a wide range of yoga styles: you get to set  the overall pace and rhythm of the class around your physical body, energy levels and mindset on any given day.

·         All the classes I guide usually include an asana practice (dynamic – ashtanga vinyasa yoga , vinyasa flow & the rocket –,  slower pace – hatha yoga –, allowing more time and stillness in the poses – yin & restorative yoga), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation and relaxation.

·         Motivation and support to maintain a constant practice.

·         Knowledge and expertise from 20+ years of personal practice and almost 15 years of teaching experience
