With over two decades of dedication to the study of yoga, my practice has flourished alongside my extensive global travels. I am certified in multiple yoga styles and continuously participate in workshops and trainings to further solidify my expertise and expand my knowledge. I was certified as a teacher trainer in 2018. My classes emphasise the breath, alignment, and self-awareness as means to understand the holistic interconnectedness of the body, soul, and spirit.
My journey into holistic therapies began in 2013 with a training in holistic massage therapy, and I have continued to evolve through ongoing professional – and personal–development. My curiosity for the body's capacity to heal itself has led me to explore various holistic therapies, adding depth to my holistic approach. So far, I have been certified in massage therapy, Tibetan and quartz bowls therapy, and Reiki.
For 25 years, I have followed my heart and let myself be guided by my instincts all over the world, pursuing my love of travel and linguistics – learning English & Spanish along the way –, and gathering invaluable global insights and life lessons. In search of adventure and self-discovery, I have blended my love of fitness & holistic health, travel, and languages to live the most fulfilling life possible and to inspire others to do the same
