Sober October-Day 15

Updated: Sep 1

A few months back, I was drinking a Yogi Tea at It's Yoga Fuerteventura; It is a bit of a IYFV thing :). Salla has them at the studio, and it is customary for people in the trainings to collect the ones that resonate with them the most. On that occasion, my Yogi Tea message was 'Let Things Come To You'. A feeling of relief and peace took over me when I read the message. So simple, yet super powerful. Learning to let go. Let go of things I cannot control, things which are impermanent (i.e., everything :D) and ease into trust. Because for me right now, that is what aparigraha means: non-possessiveness to the outcome and allowing things to come my way without force. To let it flow...

As Rumi says: "What you seek is seeking you".
