Intermittent Fasting & Menstrual Cycle Update

It has been over three months since I started integrating intermittent fasting (at a 16:8 ratio) to see if it would help with balancing my hormones and to regulate my out-of-whack menstrual cycle once again. I'm very pleased to say that my cycle is back to being regular and predictable - hooray!!.

I'm also feeling calmer, less on edge and emotional when my period is about to come about. It's definitely something I am adopting as a lifestyle; I feel great physically and emotionally. Of course, I do other things which contribute to my overall well-being, but IF has added another layer of wellness (I definitely believe it has a very positive impact on hormonal balance).
