It has been over three months since I started integrating intermittent fasting (at a 16:8 ratio) to see if it would help with balancing my hormones and regulate once again my out of wack menstrual cycle. I'm very pleased to say that my cycle is back to being regular and predictable - hooray!!.
I'm also feeling calmer, less on edge and emotional when my period is about to come about. It's definitely something I am adopting as a lifestyle; I feel great physically and emotionally. Of course, I do other things which contribute do my overall well-being, but IF has added another layer of wellness (I definitely believe it has a very positive impact on hormonal balance).
