I am becoming more and more centred in my handstands, and I am loving the process. A lot of the time I really enjoy the process of getting a pose more than finally being in the pose itself because, once you are in it, well you are in it :D It is equally beautiful, but it is a different energy.
It is so fun to taste the coming of a pose a bit more each day, each practice, I love it.
